Job Description :

- Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role

- Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.

- Should be a team player with problem-solving skills.

- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Ability to learn new technologies.

- Activity monitoring, resource planning, Analyzing and managing project risk.

- Also able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. Should be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.

- Organizing and motivating the team.

- Good leadership Skills: will have to keep all team member motivated, resolve conflicts and make smart decisions and monitoring progress.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and Time Management: will be working with Technical Lead / Senior Developers, Team members, customers and management, often spinning multiple roles.

- Experience : Engineers with Full Stack Development experience of 2-10 Years in commercial software product development disciplines preferred
