- Hands-on individual responsible for producing excellent quality of code, adhering to expected coding standards and industry best practices.
- Must have strong experience in Core Java/ J2ee, Multithreading, Spring and SQL.
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns, Design principles & memory Management.
- Performance Tuning - Nice to Have.
- Excellent Problem- solving/ Trouble shooting skills.
- High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverables.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Financial domain knowledge is good to have.
