Job Description :
- Prodution support experience on applications based on IBM BPM Version 8.5 and above.
- Experienced in supporting rule based solution in complex environment using IBM ODM
- Experienced with IBM ODM 8.X version with WebSphere Application Server .
- Experienced in Java/J2EE support.
- Strong knowledge & experience in ITIL Processes (Incident Management /Problem Management /Change Management)
- Having some BPM design and development experience would be added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of IBM Integration Designer (IBM IID 8.x) & IBM AIS.
- Should be able to work independently on tasks without minimal assistance.
- Good communication skills.
