- Should be strong in Analytical and communication skills
- Should have strong Java/J2EE knowledge, good understanding of OOP concepts, collections and multi-threading
- Strong in Hibernate and Spring Framework
- Should have good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Should have sound understanding of database and networking
- Having microservice and devops tool knowledge will be an added advantage
