Loan IQ SDK Developer - Java/J2EE Frameworks (5-10 yrs) (WK Associates)

Job Description

Loan IQ SDK Developer. This Role will be in CPB Lending with in the Loan IQ team as a senior Software Designer.The role will ensure that Loan IQ all functionality enhancements requested by the stake holders will be addressed Will lead and support simplification, & automation strategies for bank wider access management and identify opportunities to improve Service Excellence.

Technical Skills :

- 5+ Years of experience in Loan IQ and its business and development.

- 2+ Years of experience in development in Loan IQ Scripted Programming (SDK).

- Hands on experience in writing scalable java/j2ee code.

- Experience with java tooling and IDE e.g Maven, Eclipse,Tomcat, JDK 8 and IntelliJ.

- Autosys/Argon and Unix scripting will be an added advantage.

- Experience building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution, with an emphasis on problem solving.

- Willingness to learn technological innovation in identity & access management domain

- Identifies and acts on opportunities to collaborate with a wide range of people across different areas of the business.

- Finds opportunities to experiment and innovate. Identifies ways to work with technology and digital tools.

- Supports others to implement test and evaluate new ideas and learn from experience in order to improve our service to customers (internal and external).

Process Skills:

- Maintain and build new functionality using Loan IQ SDK.

- Profound knowledge on Loan IQ core functionality and in built services.

- Writing DB and Java code by gathering requirements from stakeholders.

- Structured coaching and mentoring the team junior Members

- Responsible to develop the capability of self and the team on the domain, technology and process

- Operational efficiency for thoughtful and intelligent cost management

- Develop a culture of innovation for excellent customer service

- Be responsive to customer queries and escalation and ensure that the department is a partner of choice

- Collaborate across the teams and support the wider security services for service excellence

- Utilise the strong communication skill to effective engagement with stakeholders

- Collaborates with stakeholders, managers, and team members on continuous improvement efforts by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.

- Work with technology change teams to generate and implement ideas for service improvement and operational efficiency. Compliment the goals of colleagues experience to deliver service excellence across department.
