Responsibilities :

1. Developing intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch

2. Partnering with the customers to share product vision and goals

3. Working on high/low.level product designs & roadmaps along with a team of ace developers

4. (S)he will be responsible for server - side component designing, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

5. Building products and applications using razor.edge technologies on Open source Java tech stack, HTML5, Backbone.js, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc

6. (S)he will also review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects

Must Have :

1. B.E/B.Tech/MCA with at least 7.12 years of hands-on web development experience in Core Java and J2EE

2. Should have experience in end-to-end application development in an Agile environment

3. Should be able to define technical architecture, hands.on coder, maintaining standards, and other team policies.

4. Should have experience of managing a team of at least 3 people

5. Experience on OOAD frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, REST

6. Experience in TDD, Continuous Integration and build tools ( Maven, Jenkins, Gradle)

7. Good knowledge of Design Patterns

8. Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the Java/JEE space and using them

9. Good experience with databases like MySQL or Oracle or any NoSQL

10. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across team boundaries

11. Experience with Agile methodology and development tools

Good to have :

1. Experience in cloud computing or Linux

2. Ability to respond well under pressure

3. Logical mind with keen analytical skills
