Platform Developer - Java/J2EE (5-9 yrs) (Vintronics Consulting)

Job Description :

- Responsible for development of software solutions based on requirements and within the constraints of architectural /design guidelines

- Responsible for the accurate translation of software architecture into design and code

- Development of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to development and quality guidelines, for self-owned components

- Provide technical guidance and insights during feature development

- Collaborate effectively in an agile work environment across teams

- Participate in regular peer code review

- Identify potential harmony and for re-use of components / technology

- Collaborating with multi-functional and globally located teams

Desired Profile :

- Having experience in software platform development between 5-8 years.

- Strong in Java and Python scripting; Knowledge of Apache Maven is plus.

- Good knowledge of Linux OS fundamentals

- Experience in Ansible is mandatory

- Candidate must understand how to instantiate/provision/package on platforms

- Experience of working in an agile software development environment is critical

- Exposure to multiple aspect of product lifecycle process including requirement gathering, functional specification, design, development, testing, and maintenance.
