Saggezza - Java Technical Lead - Spring/J2EE/JDBC (8-12 yrs) (Saggezza)

Responsibilities :

- Ability to lead complex projects independently with minimal management oversight

- Self-starter with the drive and conviction to do things right the first time

- Participate in requirements analysis, implementation and support of solutions

- Follow standard SDLC tools and practices for developing, testing and deploying/supporting software solutions

Skills/Experience :

- Strong Java/J2ee development background with experience encompassing the full software development lifecycle

- Strong development skills in core Java, Spring, JDBC, messaging

- Multi-threading and concurrency, working knowledge of Maven/Gradle, SVN, Git

- Testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito

- Unix/Linux experience

- Strong design skills

- Good grasp on computer science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms etc.

- Good analytical and problem skills
