Job Description :
- Should be able to analyze the requirement and come with a clean solution
- Should have experience in talking to the customers and taking requirements and mapping them to the product specs
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve application issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Provide support to the L2 team on urgent/critical issues impacting customer experience
- Follow process and procedures as defined
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Requirements :
Must have :
- Overall 5-7 years of experience in development using J2EE
- Hands-on experience on JAVA/J2EE and building strong enterprise-level application
- Solid OOPS concept.
- Good learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Database concepts
- Experience in developing in Stored procedures is added advantage
- Experience using web technologies (springboot, reactjs, nodejs, angularjs, etc- )
- Good Communication & Documentation skills
Preferred :
- Product development experience preferred
