Sun Technologies - Liferay Developer - Java/J2EE (5-9 yrs) (Sun Technologies)

Position : Liferay Developer(Lead role)

Years of experience : 5 to 9 years (Permanent position)

Shift Timings : 2:00PM to 11:00PM

Location : Bangalore

Required Skills : 

- 2+ years- of experience in implementing the Liferay Portal(DXP) and developing portlets, hooks and theme.

- Experience on customizing the OOB portlets like Document and Media, Wiki, Knowledge base.

- Liferay certification would be a plus.

- Excellent experience with Java and J2EE

- Proficient in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS

- Experience with creating and consumption of web services including REST, JSON, XML, SOAP

- Good understanding of the web browsers, web applications and how they work.

- Excellent team player with good organizational, communicational, analytical and logical skills.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with Tomcat and Eclipse.

- Responsive layouts and bootstrap.

- Unit testing.

- Familiarity with SQL Server databases.

- Familiarity with working within an Agile environment and part of an agile scrum team.
