- Should have at least 3+ Yrs of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable - RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), Application Servers (Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere), Web application, development, frameworks (Struts, Java Server Faces etc), Web Services
- Experience in designing and building scalable and robust solutions in large web application deployments
- First-class object-oriented design and programming skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Follows good coding standards
