Job description (Immediate require Java developer, Sr. Java Developer and team lead Java)

Position Description :

Cisive is seeking experienced and talented Java Developers/Sr. Java Developers to help build and enhance its flagship enterprise application Renovo. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, unit testing, documenting and deploying new features and enhancements to Renovo while following SDLC best practices. The developer will also work on production support tickets. Following is the technical environment for the Renovo application.

Essential skills and Experience :

- At least 3 years of overall experience in developing end-to-end J2EE applications. Need to show experience in developing on both front end and back end.

- For Sr. Java Developer : At least 5 years of overall experience in developing end-to-end J2EE applications. Need to show experience in developing on both front end and back end.

- Bachelors degree in computer science

- Desired experience : GWT and GXT. Willing to learn GWT and GXT if not used before, mobile app development for both iOS and Android, Jira, Postman

- Strong and effective inter-personal skills. Should have worked in an environment where the client is offshore

- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong verbal and written English language skills

- Should be comfortable in using collaboration tools like Slack, MS Teams, Zoom

- Should have worked in an agile environment - both Scrum and Kanban

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 3 to 5 years end to end J2EE applications.

- 3 to 5 years experience in both front end and backend development

Education : UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
