Project Manager/Program Manager/Directory of Engineering : 10+ years
Requirements :
- Experience building and launching customer-facing, highly available (24x7) developer platforms,
- Experience in managing an onsite or offsite team and deliverables,
- Experience co-creating a strategic vision/road maps and delivering early to market MVP solutions leveraging exploratory fail-fast methodologies,
- 10+ years in inspiring, coaching, and growing highly performant software engineering teams,
- 10+ years' experience in hands-on software development (Java and J2EE, Go) and nice to have other technologies,
- Nice to have hands-on experience on ReactJS (front end technologies),
- 8+ years' experience in designing, developing scalable web applications and architectural standards,
- 8+ years' experience in Agile practices
- 5+ years' experience in Cloud engineering/infrastructure management, DevOps methodologies and container management technologies.
- 5+ years' experience working with Amazon Web Services.
