Responsibilities :
- As Senior Developer, you will be involved with continuous improvement of processes & experience for all the customers and end-users.
- To be a part of team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other software architects, software developers, business analysts and to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain Web/Desktop & Mobile based applications.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code .
- Research and evaluate a variety of tools, software products.
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
Requirements :
- 2 or more years of development experience
- Work experience on Java/J2EE, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience on Tomcat/Web logic/JBOSS,
- Should have good knowledge in DBMS( Postgresql /Oracle/MySql/MS-SQL)
- Should have knowledge in Javascript, JQuery, HTML/XML, Ant/Maven, Web services, BootStrap/Angular JS
- Experience in JSF is an added advantage.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to help team members
- Ability to interact and work with customers in all phases of the project cycle
- Ability to build on the team's strengths and get people to work together.
