Java Developer - J2EE/RESTful Webservices (3-5 yrs) (Aim Future Consulting)

We- re looking for a Java Software Engineer to work from our Bangalore Office in India; to join our Financial Analytics TPS (Technical Production Support) team. As a part of the Solutions Engineering team under our TNM Products portfolio, you'll be an integral team player building, creating and shaping the platforms that are used throughout the world. You'll also be working with other software engineers, growing with them as a team.

Candidate is required to:

- Monitor application platforms for assigned customer groups

- Identify application production items and enhancements supporting the team as a software engineer

- Develop and deliver solutions and fixes for production applications

- Work with the Customer Support and Service Delivery in a triage capacity supporting our clients

- Provide technical guidance to identify solutions for production issues.

- Collaborate with the team in the evaluation of new technologies and solutions.

- Be a team player, willing to grow by taking on added responsibilities.

- Be able to independently contribute to the team's assigned activities.

- Monitor task assignments within the team and help peers technically in finding the root cause with the best approach possible.

Looking For :

- 3 to 5 years- experience with Java and JavaScript development in support of a scalable application

- Solid demonstrated object-oriented software development experience with JAVA, J2EE

- Working experience with Oracle and SQL in a production environment

- Working experience with Log4J, JUnit, Jenkins integration

- Experience with the support of hosted applications supporting scalable technologies.

- Ability to work from high level project requirements and collaborate with peers to implement solutions.

It would be great if you had:

- Development experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS3

- Development experience with Java Web Services / RESTful services.

- Exposure to tools - Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence.

- Experience with angular and struts Web Frameworks.

- Telecom domain knowledge is a plus.
