Senior Developer - Java/J2EE/Multithreading (2-10 yrs) (Recruitment Firm)

SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

- Hands on experience in Core Java, JDK, Multithreading

- Experience in Database is mandatory like - SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.

Candidates has to be analytically very strong for both the skill set

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for Design and Maintaining complex systems

- Responsible for enhancing resiliency, performance, testability of the systems built

- Independently act as a technical expert in multiple areas

- Evaluation of technical feasibility, analysis of advanced systems, design complex technical solutions to implement business requirements

- Influence global development

- Multi-Task Handle multiple tasks at one time.

- Substantial degree of interactions with clients (both internal and external) on providing technical solutions

- Promote SDLC practices such as automated testing, continuous builds etc; provides guidance, technical consultancy, coaching & mentorship to application developers within the organization

PS : Strong preference to be given to candidates from Tier 1 institute and tier 1 companies
