Educational Qualification: Btech/Mtech/MCA/M.sc IT/BCA OR BSc in Design, BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Salary Offered: Initially employed as Intern in software Development with Stipend of Rs 5000. Will be placed at client projects. Based on performance, salary will be hiked.

Location: We are targeting candidates to placed in Multiple clients within Karnataka (Bangalore, Mysore, Kolar, Mangalore, Tumkur, Davangare) and Kerala (Districts of Cochin, Thrissur, Calicut, Trivandrum). Skills Required :

1. Mandatory Technical Development Skill Set: Core Java, JSP Servlet, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, MVC Frameworks, Struts 2.0, AJAX, & Web services (Soap & Rest)

2. Good database knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL

3. Knowledge of other technologies would be added advantage such as Cloud solutions such as AWS or azure and Front end technologies such as angular, react, node js, vue js

4. Experience working on different version controlling systems i.e. Github, SVN

5. Defining development standards for object-oriented practices, coding & testing patterns

6. Comfortable with UNIX/ Linux command line interface for deploying product on Linux Server and understanding of required Linux commands, preferable Ubuntu

7. Operating as a key member of a high performing Agile team; Scrum highly desired

8. Ability to convert business requirements into object-oriented design and code using Java/J2EE technologies

9. Develop optimized software code based on requirements and design specifications

10. Proficiency in programming, applying validations, perform unit testing (JUnit) of web applications and debugging/ fixing of defects reported in system/ acceptance testing

11. Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones

12. Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment with dynamically changing requirements

13. Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude

14. Contribute to knowledge building and sharing within the team on business and technical domains
