Java Engineering Lead - J2EE/Spring/MySQL (13-20 yrs) (Skillventory)

Responsibilities :

- Manage 1-3 Agile teams (12 to 16 FTEs) with experience to manage members with varied experience levels

- Lead migration and transformation initiatives

- Engage in the planning, architecture, design, and development of solutions that satisfy business requirements

- Stakeholder Management, active engagement & partnership with APO(s) (and PO), Product Cabinet, Scrum Masters, etc.

- Delivery using agile methodology with CI/CD and automated testing and deployment capabilities using devops

- Develop people on technical, domain and leadership capabilities with active coaching.

- Ensure the highest quality solutions are delivered.

- Work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with peers during entire SDLC

- Adopt to new technologies and methodologies and drive solutions

- Ability to work proficiently and effectively in an Agile / Scrum feature team environment

- Drive execution capabilities and efficiencies across the organization

- Interact with senior leadership in India and US to develop strategy for the application platform

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business analysts, solution architects, project managers, product owners and development teams.

Required Skills :

- 13+ Years of experience with SDLC cycle.

- Must have experience with Java/J2EE/J2SE

- Must have experience with Spring/spring boot/spring MVC framework

- Should have experience with UI framework

- Should have strong exposure with Database like oracle,DB2, MYSQL..

- Have experience with DevOps tool will be added advantage.
