Mobility Tech Lead - Java/J2EE (10-16 yrs) (Aspire and Succeed HR)

Job Description :

- Lead and grow the Mobility Based Solutions Platform.

- Our team at Spoton works with cutting-edge technology to build high performing Operations Automation Solutions. You will be responsible for managing product and team focused on building and maintaining our mobility platform and solutions across multiple product lines.

- This position reports directly to the CIO / CTO, and is based out of Bangalore.

- We have been laser focused on winning in the marketplace, developing and streamlining our operations. We have grown 10X in 5 years with help of automation and wish to continue the journey and growth.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage and empower mobility platform team (could be vendor / technology partner).

- Help foster a vision, creativity, and collaboration between teams and outside of your area of ownership.

- Evangelize design thinking at the company, resulting in tangible improvements across our portfolio of products, as well as to how we approach and solve customer/user problems

- Drive change through user insight - resulting in improvements to the Spoton operations.

- Act as liaison between our internal team and vendors to develop a roadmap for future features and improvements, ensuring technology is always working on the most impactful initiatives.

- Help build a design culture and be ambassador of design within the extended organization

Qualifications/Requirements :

- 10+ years of relevant experience with technology development

- Previous experience managing teams and working with vendors

- Experience working on enterprise grade solutions

- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, MySQL, Android

- Humble, driven, and motivated to ship the best products

- You are very comfortable both giving and receiving direct feedback
