Role : Technical Lead JAVA

Job Requirements :

- Hands-on experience in J2EE

- Experience in development of Web Services (SOAP, REST), Microservices

- Experience of using source code management tools, e.g. GIT/SVN/ClearCase

- Understanding of design patterns

- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

- Application build and deployment using maven/Ant

- Experience with technologies including JDBC, XML, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring boot

- Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, MS Sql server etc.)

- Experience in NoSQL (MongoDB, Casandra) JSON

- Experience in ORM (e.g. Hibernate)

- The ability or potential to multitask, prioritize.

- Team management skills and correct resource mix management.

- Efficient use of Coding best practices and code review methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Familiar with Scrum methodologies.

- Control the entire project life cycle

- Track progress and milestones

- Lead team and scrums

- Develop best practices

- Contribute in Talent acquisition for respective team

- At least 8 years of total experience.
