Qualified professional with a University degree or equivalent. - Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Engineering preferred.
- Overall experience must be min 11 years
- At least 7 years experience, preferably in financial services industry.
- Solution and development experience in workflow and MIS applications.
- Proven experience in functional analysis and design in the domain of Java-based applications
- Proven experience as development team lead.
- Experience in Agile methodology and as Scrum Master preferred.
- Analytical skills Must be analytical, solution oriented, and able to propose and follow through both transformational and incremental change
- Interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work within the department, across the broader T&O department, with business partners and with vendors.
- Communication skills Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and both internally and externally. Concise and precise.
