Qualification : Any Graduates (BSc/BCA/BE/BTech) or Post Graduates (MCA/Msc/MCM/MTech)

Technical Skills :

1. Alfresco One (ECM), Alfresco ADF (Application Development Framework), BPM, Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, XHTML, AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL, Apache Tomcat, Apache CMI in Linux/WebSphere, SQL or any relational database, REST

2. Alfresco Content Services Certified Engineer Developer certification

Desired Technical Skills :

1. Working knowledge of AWS and Lambda based stateless development

2. Familiarity with continuous integration tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, etc) and DevOps automation

Requirements :

1. Experience designing and implementing Alfresco components for ECM

2. Write front end and server side code in Java and JS for custom developed enterprise application to support content and workflow using Alfresco One.

3. Set up/ configure/modify attributes, folders, metadata / indexes, workflows, classes, security etc in Alfresco

4. Hands on experience creating customized experience and creating document handlers using ADF

5. Working knowledge of overall Alfresco architecture ECM, BPM, BPF, Governance, etc

6. Involve in Design, Testing, deployment of Alfresco related requirements

7. Development using Alfresco for content management capabilities

8. Solid Understanding of document management and records management concepts required

9. Experience working with different document formats and migrating documents

10. Excellent communication and oral skills to be able to effectively communicate with the business and technology teams

Knowledge of agile principles and tools like JIRA / Rally etc
