Job Description :

1. Should have worked as Project manager for at least 3+yrs.

2. Total 10 yrs+IT experience.

3. Excellent knowledge of SDLC.

4. Decent communication skill.

5. Should know all major project execution models including waterfall, iterative, Agile, spring.

6. Good on project planning, effort estimation, and costing.

7. Hands on experience in MPP.

8. Ability to handle parallel projects.

9. Good in people management (should have handled minimum 5 people team).

10. Good in client expectation management.

11. Good in technical and functional troubleshooting.

12. Should have worked on Java, J2EE, MVC, Oracle/MS SQL.

13. Experience in banking or telecom or Insurance domain is preferred.

14. Should have onsite experience for UK / US /Europe etc.
