We are looking for project managers with a rich experience of 4 - 8+ years .
Roles & responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- This individual must have demonstrated excellent skills and abilities in handling software product life cycle, delivery management and experience in handling large software teams.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Meeting Revenue /accrual, Gross Margin, Billing and collection target Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting CSAT rating Customer management and project update to Stakeholders Support Pre-sale activities for scoping, POC / demo, Proposal preparation.
- Managing reusability, Supporting Innovation, continuous improvement, process optimization for Project delivery Leading Quality initiatives for a practice / business unit.
- Conducting project health-check, audits, conducting project risk assessment
- Vendor Management for outsourcing projects.
- Managed teams of 10 or more people in various geographic locations with a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Has worked at multiple client accounts to gain experience in working with and handling different types of clients
- Strong client facing abilities including the ability to handle scope issues.
- Understand the requirements for the various staff positions strong planning abilities (both strategic & tactical)
- Has an understanding of the technology to be used for the project strong negotiation skills and have experience in end to end software delivery.
- Experience in Managing generic middleware APIs that works with both Web and Mobile application.
- Should have experience in agile development model Proficient in project management software (Redmine/openproj preferably)
- Should be aware and updated about the current technologies and trends in the IT field Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
- Should be able to work in a start-up environment that is very dynamic.
- Willingness to travel on need basis
Competencies :
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Certification in project Management PMP
- Hands on experience in UX, Research, Design, Web, Windows and Mobile Applications development, Java, J2EE, Node JS, AI, ML, Augmented, IOT.
- Have experience in mentoring/conducting training.
- Education: Preferably an MBA with an engineering degree.
