Delivery Manager - Java/J2EE Frameworks (10-15 yrs) (Talks About People)

Skill:

Strong technical knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Database (with hands-on project experience). Sound understanding of Microservices architecture. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, crisp communication and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills. Experience working with a FinTech or Wealth Management domain will be nice-to-have. Experience with AWS will be preferred.

Position Purpose: Plan, Manage and deliver the project as per contractual agreement. Should be a working leader with strong hands-on technology and architecture knowledge in developing modern web applications.

1. Planning and estimation, scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & control, reviews

2. Provide domain and technical leadership, Knowledge Management
