Software Engineer - Java/J2EE Development (1-2 yrs) (Acheron Software Pvt Ltd)

Responsibilities :

1. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

2. You will be working in highly collaborative teams and building quality code.

3. Troubleshoot and debug applications.

4. Gather and address technical and design requirements.

5. Provide training and support to internal teams.

6. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

7. Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.

8. You will have the opportunity to work in many different areas to figure out what really excites you.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

1. 1+ years- experience in Backend development.

2. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

3. Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

4. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

5. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, Threads etc)

6. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

7. Experience in Monolithic / Micro Services

8. Experience in Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security) skills.

9. Experience with test-driven development

10. Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology

11. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.

12. Good problem solving and excellent communication skills.

13. Knowledge on Containers and Containers orchestration tools would be nice to have
