- Should be able to write hands-on codes in Java backend

- You will be working closely with the client teams present across different continents

- Act as an onsite technology lead

- Work closely with the offshore team and guide them on project related queries

- Assist and assign the team on project priorities

- Collaborate with the offshore team on daily meetings
