We are looking for someone who likes to drive projects, coach the developers and make use of their consulting skills to derive simple solutions from complex problems.
As a Java Consultant, you don- t mind getting your hands dirty with challenges and problems because they excite you. You know your project build and deploy process. You will be responsible for the technical design. You must be able to lead and mentor the team and take ownership of application design & development.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- You have 3+ years of extensive server-side software development skills in Java.
- You have a strong OOPS knowledge which include experience with design patterns.
- You have experience with JAVA/JEE and open source frameworks or tools like Hibernate, Spring, Maven, Ant, Subversion, and Git.
- You have experience in relational databases like MySQL/ Oracle.
- You have experience with enterprise application servers like Tomcat/ WebLogic/WebSphere.
- You are exposed to web services like SOAP and RESTFUL.
- You have an experience in working with Agile/Scrum, TDD, Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo.
- You have extensive experience in building unit test and debugging systems.
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
DESIRABLE
- Browser side: JavaScript, Angular.js, Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of No-SQL databases: MongoDB, Neo4J
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Elastic Search
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
