InnovationM is an end-to-end technology solution provider, we provide specialized design & development services in the technology space focusing on an end to end solution development (e.g. product development & custom application development) on mobile, web, middleware & server back-end. We have successfully built many web and mobile solutions for big brands like British Council, Domino- s, Dunkin- Donuts, Lenskart, OLX, e-Tolling Solutions for National Highways (the one which you use in Delhi / NCR), Gatwick Airport (London), Mount Sinai Hospital (one of the biggest children's hospital in New York). We do mostly development projects and believe in adopting the modern technologies and frameworks in the shortest possible time.

What you will be doing :

- Application Development

- Architecture and design of applications.

- Provide technical solutions.

- Write high quality code

- Team Management

- Manage and mentor a team of developers.

- Guide the team in issue resolution.

- Client Management

- Provide technical solutions to the client

- Involve in technical discussions with the client

What you must be good at :

- 5- 6 years experience in developing Java/J2EE applications or Node or any other serious server side development.

- Good understanding of MVC and ORM

- Experience in Struts, Hibernate, Spring and other such frameworks

- Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading

- Writing high quality and optimized code

- Understanding of Design patterns

- Passionate about Technology, Architecture and Design

- Great focus on concepts

- Good client handling & communication skills are preferred

- Good team handling skills
