About the Team & Product :
- Our team with a pedigree of veteran Media personalities and a team of IIT & IIM grads has a mix of technology and process expertise. With close to 3 years of developing this product, our product addresses end-to-end operations of digital news.
Position : Backend Developer
Reporting to : CTO
Location : Noida
Job Responsibilities :
- Full lifecycle application development
- Design, code and debug software
- Participate in software modeling and simulation
- Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
- Extract and reverse engineer existing code
Required Skills :
a) Mandatory Tech Skills -
- 3-5 years of strong experience working on Core Java/J2EE
- 2-4 years of experience using JSP + Servlets
- Hands-on with experience on Hibernate
- Experience developing web applications (HTML,CSS,Javascript)
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture
- Experience using Mysql databases
- Solid experience in design, coding, unit testing and debugging
- Experience working in Agile development environment
b) Preferred Tech Skills :
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Javascript, HTML5, CSS, jQuery is a plus
- AWS cloud development experience is a plus. Experience in building components and using various AWS services.
c) Non-technical Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions
- Strong results orientation
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
Note :
- MCA grads are not eligible
- If the candidate is working on Spring/Spring Boot in last one year not eligible
- Immediate joiner/less than 15 days are eligible
- Candidate working in a startup will be given more priority
