Job Description :

- Develop design specifications

- Select apt design solutions and ensure compatibility of system components

- Provide technical guidance and support for system design & development

- Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards and best practices.

- Coordinate and manage database activities for system design & development

- Provide functional and technical support to ensure performance, operation and stability of database systems

- Respond to database related queries and issues in a timely fashion.

- Assist in optimizing database for operational and performance efficiency.

- Leads Root cause analysis activities

- Responsible for recruitment, design, knowledge retention

- Drives reuse culture by defining as well as by adopting reusable components

- Contributes to estimation models and actual project estimation

- Drive POC Initiatives

- Reviewing the design and coding standards
