- Possesses excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology
- Does due diligence as far as analysis and design of any projects they undertake
- Owns technological solutions to implement designs made for our customers
-Owns solutions to support business strategy and service delivery, including :
- Jira: manages workflows and set up for new projects
- Security, both internal and on customer projects
- Reporting, internal and to customers
- Automation in all areas
- Tech stack: Jenkins, repositories, publishing, testing
- Creates and implements a short and long-term strategy in terms of technological growth
- Leads the implementation and support of technological solutions
- Works with other team leaders to deliver services within their function
- Ensures staff follow processes and proposes process improvements where necessary
- Participates in creating new products and services where technology is concerned
- Hass hands-on with programming and technology
Technical Skills :
- Strong hands-on knowledge with
- Java 8 with Multi-Threading
- Spring Boot
- Any RDBMS
- REST API
- AWS
- Any No SQL DB
- MQTT (Preferably VerneMQ)
Qualifications :
- B.E/ B.Tech/ M.C.A in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 60% in Graduation and Post-Graduation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
