- Should have prior Production support experience in IBM BPM based applications
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix
- Experience in ITIL Processes (Incident Management /Problem Management /Change Management)
- Should be flexible to perform production support duties during business hours and after hours and weekends as needed.
- Good communicator, self learner
