Kairosmagus - AEM App Developer - Java/J2EE/XML (4-7 yrs) (Kairosmagus Pvt. Ltd.)

Kairosmagus is looking for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) developer who will work closely with our clients and help with critical digital transformation activities that optimize costs, drive efficiencies, and deliver business outcomes.

Your day in the role will include :

- Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs using industry-standard methodologies and is responsible for the solution Blueprint

- You will define standard methodologies in the critical evaluation, selection and/or development of the software components and hardware requirements of applications and data.

- Responsible for the creation and integration of solutions using Adobe Marketing Cloud.

- Independent personality who can quickly ramp up, determine plan of actions, resolve issues, and strive towards the goal with minimal assistance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Extensive experience with AEM 6.2, with 4+ to 7 years experience in coding Java/J2EE development

- Design experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, such as Analytics, Target, Campaign

- Deep understanding of core web technologies including XML and JSP, and Web Services development using RESTful implementations

- Hands-on Java, JEE, servlets and JSP, tag libraries, combined with an understanding of enterprise Java frameworks (e.g, Spring, Hibernate)

- Capable of collaborating with clients and leading their demands and expectations

- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment

- Interest in developing the organization, building and documenting processes, and evaluating tools

- Good practice around usability, maintainability, and accessibility
