Senior Java Developer - J2EE/Spring Boot (3-13 yrs) (Redef9Skills)

Primary Skill Set:

- 4+ years of experience in software development

- Ability to lead a team of 2 - 4 Developers;

- Strong knowledge in Core Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, No-SQL DB, OO design concept

- Hands-on experience on Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Security

- Modern Technology experience like a Message broker

- Should work on Code coverage and code vulnerability

- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies Excellent team player capable of working well within and across teams

- Fast learner with great communications skills

- Experience working in a client-facing role

- Practical AGILE experience is used to be part of the scrum team

- Strong knowledge of Web Services and API development

- Proficient and hands-on with Application Servers (WebSphere, Tomcat)Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced

- Practical exposure with DevOps, Infrastructure Architecture and cloud services

Secondary Skill Set (will be an added advantage):

- Microservices Architecture

- Knowledge/Exposure of any front end technology (React JS/Angular/Vue)

- Ready to move to the technical project manager role in the near future and open to learning new/advance technologies

Roles and Responsibility:

- Lead, architect, design, develop, execute, deliver and maintain large Software Development and Maintenance projects Manage day-to-day activities of the development team

- Ensure that the Software Development team adheres to and contributes to the defined processes while still being able to deliver efficiently

- Deliver high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable production software

 - Define, communicate and implement coding standards

- Ensure a high level of documentation is maintained by the team Interact with Business Owners to understand business requirements and be very adept at conveying application and technological logic/decisions to technical users

- Lead the development of a CI/CD, Infrastructure and Cloud architecture

- Ensure predictable and reliable delivery of sprints/releases
