This opportunity is with One of our banking captive companies.
- 10+ years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects.
- Experience in people management, should have handled atleast 5 - 10 people.
- Experience in doing employee mentoring, appraisals, grooming, etc
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Hands on Technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring, Microservices, Azure or similar Cloud provider, Oracle, CICD, etc.
- Does Code reviews, Release control, Code Quality checks, Participate in Design review calls.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Experienced in Allocation and forecasting.
