Principal Software Architect - Java/J2EE Programming (8-16 yrs) (Technosuits)

This is what you will do:

- Provide architectural and functional leadership to a team of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Gain a deep understanding of the business and its requirements. Ensure respective requirements are translated to
software in more elegant manner.

- Very hands on software engineer who loves to solve complex engineering problems by designing and developing
highly scalable and distributed software systems.

- Doing process innovation, leading efficiency enhancements with the help of technology and creating a high-output
team.

- Review the output of all the team members to ensure they are sound according to our tech guidelines.

- Manage stakeholder requirements, expectations, and task pipelines

- You are accountable for the team's progress and delivery of targets.

- Plan and monitor the progress of implementation and execution of projects in a high demand environment.

- Leading a product development team by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process
metrics, creating strong work culture.

- Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams.

- Coordinate with Product Managers, Development & QA team for strong and stable delivery of products.

- Strong techno-managerial skills who works very closely with team to ensure products are built and delivered with
highest quality.

- Build a great team of highly productive and engaged developers to support business tech needs.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from reputed institute

Professional Experience :

- 8-16 Years of software development experience (using Java/J2EE), preferably from product based companies.

Technical Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of Computer science generally (operating systems, distributed systems, software engineering,
networking, security).

- Excellent in data structure and algorithmic.

- Excellent in designing highly scalable and performing distributed software systems.

- Strong hands on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and related technologies.

- Strong hands on experience of developing RESTFul Web Services using Spring MVC and Hibernate.

- Strong experience of developing Web applications using Html, JavaScript, CSS, Angular 5 etc.

- Strong experience of working with relational databases and managing large data volumes (Relational & NoSQL)

- Good understanding of developing Android, iOS and Web Applications.

- Very strong problem-solving skills.
