Job Responsibilities :

- Experience in developing and deploying new features, modules, and product enhancements with continuous releases in a high user base application

- Enterprise software domain experience - demonstrated large scale development including conceptual design / rearchitecting of solutions in supply chain, food industry, costing and accounting is a pre-requisite

 - Expert-level knowledge and experience in software design and best practices in developing customer-orientated platforms in the context of SaaS applications

- Experience in JEE technical stack a plus Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (such as Amazon Web Services), common development tools including strong coding competency

 - Ability to work in matrixed environments

- Experience in onboarding and training key development resources in line with the development roadmap and technical plan

- Experience leading a global team of technical individuals and large-scale software development teams

- Empathizes and actively learns about customer's needs and how they create value

- Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve issues that impact deadlines; Ability to make decisions quickly under conflicting constraints, moving rapidly to meet the demands of a fast-growing company

Experience and Skills : Demonstrated high competency in the domain, software engineering and use of sound mathematical design principles in application development.
