Roles & Responsibilities :

- End-to-end ownership of multiple component(s) design and architecture

- Own the architecture of the Fintech products including all frameworks (ORM, Workflow Management, Batching, Microservices, Events, MVC, etc)

- Drive technical roadmap for the teams and provide a long-term vision

- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and producing technical requirements and design documents.

- Perform code reviews with the team and ensures the highest quality of codebase

- Work on simulations for breakthrough functional and technical performance. Innovate and dig out scalable solutions to product/technical requirements

- Improve and/or re-architect and/or write new algorithms for functional performance

- Provide formal and informal technology mentorship to team members

- Design and implement the development and release process including CICD.

- Keep an eye out for technology trends, open-source projects that can be used

Skills & Qualifications :

- Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields is a good to have.

- 10+ years of work experience

- Strong programming, problem-solving and analytical skills with expertise in Java/J2EE/JavaScript technologies/ Web services/Unit test automation frameworks.

- Should be well versed with security, performance, scalability, maintenance and usability aspects of designs

- Sound knowledge of algorithms & data structures

- Should have experience designing and managing with large databases

- Analytical & problem solver with attention to detail architecture

- Accountability is required from each individual
