The Software Developer's role is to design, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. This role will also analyze and amend software errors and provide status reports where required.

Responsibilities :
- Assist other developers, analysts, designers, and project managers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
- Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
- Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
- Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
- Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
- Write/change/remove programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or appearance of company Web site and/or related Web applications as necessary.
- Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
Academic/Education : BE/B-Tech/MCA or equivalent
- Analysis and Communication Skills
- Data gathering, research and analytical abilities so as to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needs
- Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations
- Direct quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing test plans and managing the execution of testing (Unit and UAT)
Technical Skills :
- 3+ years of total experience in Java, J2EE programming, JSP, Servlets, Struts/Spring EJB/hibernate
- Strong understanding in Core Java/Servlets/JDBC/JSP
- Strong understanding in Struts framework (struts 1.x or 2.0 )
- Strong understanding of :
a) SQL server Reporting Services
b) SQL server Analysis services
c) SQL server Integration Services
- Must having knowledge of at least one of the following :
a) MSSQL Server 2000/2005/2008
b) Oracle 9i / Oracle 10g / oracle 11g
c) MySQL/Postgre SQL
d) DB2
e) Sybase
- Awareness of tools and techniques required
- Awareness of eclipse, tomcat and application servers like JBoss/WebLogic/glassfish
- Knowledge of programming concepts and practices
- Application design & development using J2EE technologies
- User Interface Design using Use cases and SRS
- Creating a Prototype using use cases and SRS
- Technical Documentation related to Projects and as per Company Standards
- Awareness of tools and techniques required (eclipse, Tomcat, Jbossetc)
- Knowledge of programming concepts and practices (Flow chart, Use Cases, High level, Low level Design, Coding, Test Cases, etc )
- Must Aware of UI design at conceptual and practical levels using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery/Ajax
- Aware of Rest /SOAP web services.
Requirements :
- Required experience with C#, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- Required experience with Restful APIs and Active Reports.
- Required experience with database usage and SQL.
- Required experience with Web development.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodology and concepts.
- Technical knowledge of Server, Desktop, Laptop, and platform operating systems.
- Technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards
