High level position

Role : AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Lead developer

Job Responsibilities :

- Able to lead solutioning and architecture AEM, Target and Analytics solution.

- Able to work with partners and internal stakeholders

- Hands on experience in coding AEM, Java, HTML, CSS, JS, React or other similar languages is a must

Key Roles And Responsibilities :

- See through the architecture, implementation and of complex digital products like high traffic websites

- Develop, manage, review the AEM related implementation

- Works with vendors and ensures enterprise level IT governance is followed through

- Ensures that Quality process are in place and the product comes with acceptable level of quality

- Manages and works with team of in-house architects and partner developers

- Able to Manage the day-to-day work of website and related changes

- Can do basic project management and task planning

Required Qualifications and Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in technologies like Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manger), eCommerce, AWS/Azure Cloud, google analytics, React/Angular, NodeJS or similar

- Can develop components and templates in AEM, able to set caching rules at dispatcher,

- Has worked on and implemented at least one of the popular Search engines with CMS like Elastic Search, Solr, GSA or Lucene

- Deep understanding of Generic Java technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL and Tag

- Involved in doing Performance and Security testing for Websites and App based digital platforms. Understands Load model creation, OWASP top 10 and other related concepts

- Ample knowledge and exposure in Frontend techs to drive client discussions and recommend options based on client needs. Should be able to understand Bootstrap, Backbone.js, React, Handlebars, Grunt, and Angular, CSS3, HTML 5 and jQuery.

- Understanding in Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or Google), preferably certified in one of these

- Has implemented Quality Processes for projects like Continuous Integration (Bamboo/Jenkins), SonarQube, Code reviews (Manual and Automated), code Formatters, Automation testing, etc.

- Understands basics of building a SPA and a PWA
