Job Title - Software Developer

Role :

- Writing efficient code and documenting it as per the design specification of module / component.

- Deploying components and/ or applications using multiple technologies

- Unit Testing, debugging and maintaining code in one's own development environment

- Assist analysts and/or designers in researching and documenting the users' requirements & design

- Preparing the low-level design document if required

- Low level scheduling of the Module

- Interacting with Seniors to get the requirements/design

- Reviewing the code

- Learning release cycle and performing in various phases including packaging and deployment

- Learning advanced Java topics such as multithreading, garbage collection internals, memory debugging and portability of Java applications.

- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.

- Making sure that the project delivers as per time line with the Project Plan.

- Timely and successful completion of module

- Adherence to the quality process defined for the project

- Adherence to the operational process defined for the company

- Continuous updating of technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals, accessing new applications and investigating new technologies

- Developing knowledge base which is dependable and useful for other team members.

Technical Skills and Qualification

- Very good knowledge of core JAVA, J2EE (servlets, JSP), XML,, JSON, REST, SOAP, RMI,JMS

- Good Basic knowledge of Multi threading and Collections API

- Very Good knowledge/concepts of DBMS and PL/SQL (JDBC)

- Strong programming fundamentals, (Object oriented programming concepts)

- Good knowledge of different Software design patterns

- Basic understanding with Hibernate framework

- Basic knowledge of Ant Scripts

- Good Knowledge of java script,HTML 5,css

- hands-on knowledge of web/application servers like Apache Tomcat or JBOSS

- Understanding of IDE like Eclipse and revision control system like SVN

- Min 3 years relevant exp.

Qualification : BE/B-Tech/MCA or any equivalent degree
