Responsibilities & Requirement:

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in complex and market proven products.

- Work with a team of smart and highly qualified engineers on next generation mobile security products.

- Hands on engineer having extensive experience in Java and related technologies.

- Proficient in product designing and development with high quality & accuracy while adhering to the coding guidelines.

- Able to mentor junior team members and spend time with them to help them ramp up and be productive without being blocked.

- Quickly learn and implement new technologies

- Remain up-to date on technological changes happening in mobile world.

- Do quick POC's and come up with new ideas to make Norton Mobile Security the number 1 choice among users.

- Work with architects and product management to understand the requirements, clarify ambiguities, identify challenges and work to resolve those and give a clear direction to the team to maximize teams productivity.

- Understands the value of Code Reviews and Unit Testing and practices it.

- Work with team and come with scenarios that should be automated to ensure all use cases are covered and 100% code coverage is achieved.
