Responsibilities include:

Job brief

1. As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing)

2. You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.

3. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

- Lead web development and AEM-centric CMS architecture from a competency/best practice perspective

- Understand requirements, documents solution architecture & detailed design

- Sets best practices, coding frameworks and hands-on building of solution accelerators

- Effectively communicate design concepts to customers and articulate design options

- Build prototypes, presentation decks on your own

- About 65-70% hands-on role

Qualification:

- Hands-on Architect with over 10 years of relevant experience

- Adobe AEM Architect certified preferred

- Background in Java J2EE development

- 4- 8 years of experience working with the Adobe AEM (6.x experience preferred) or Adobe Marketing Cloud offering

- Good broad understanding of complementing technologies/frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.JS, Microservices, Jenkins and CI/CD toolchain

- Consulting background preferred, agency background will be a solid plus

- Has experience customizing workflows, web/rest services integration with AEM, component customization using HTL Sightly as well as JSP

- Hands-on individual, setting best standards and frameworks for team to follow

- Understanding of content targeting and analytics using Adobe Target and Analytics will be great

- Must have worked in Agile projects

- Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation)

- Good understanding of web and/or mobile technologies
