Required & Mandatory Skills to Have :

- Role will be that of a Developer, with hands on in Java J2EE implementation

- Should have good experience in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, SQL queries.

- Good experience in Enterprise Architecture designing and Solution providing skills, Creating solutions and presenting to customers

-Smart person who can innovate, has knowledge of industries best practices around Java, J2EE Technologies space.

- Experience working in Agile development, Estimation, POC, Client interaction.

- Design documents, Java/J2EE modules leveraging Different frameworks and Design patterns

- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects
