Job Description:

Mandatory skills : Java/J2EE 8, Microservices, Spring Boot, AWS Lambda

Role and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement documents and test changes to an application microservices. Initiate design reviews for new applications, adhering to software development standards.

- Perform cross-training and facilitate information sharing among the team members. Collaborate with the team members to recommend new software development technologies and development processes.

- Perform unit testing on all application functionalities and support integration and load testing activities.

- Collaborate with the project team to keep projects on schedule by coordinating activities with other teammates.

- Participate in requirement gathering and functional specification activities.

- Assist System Analysts in translating business requirements and functional designs into technical designs.

- Resolve and help mitigate production application issues.

- Work with other business and technology teams to support the resolution of end-user inquiries.

- Contribute to the documentation of production support processes and plan for corrective actions.

- Perform root-cause analysis to identify permanent resolutions to software or business process issues.

- Work in coordination with the application development team.

- Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with standards for development, testing, and documentation of the applications.
