L2 Support Engineer - Java/J2EE Frameworks (3-6 yrs) (Trendsetter Consultant services)

Qualification - M.E/M. TECH/ B.E/B. TECH or higher


- Candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in Java/JEE technologies, Spring, Hibernate, AngularJS & Angular 2+.


- Must have experience with reporting tool like Jasper & Jaspersoft Studio/iReport.


- Experience working with Oracle/Mysql database is a plus.


- Good Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.


- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution


- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues


- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams


- Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required


- Assisting with systems integrations


- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date


- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures


- Identifying and resolving technical issues


- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem


- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA


- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they- ve solved a technical issue


- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)


- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers


- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions


- Ensure all issues are properly logged


- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time


- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting


- Prepare accurate and timely reports


- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
