For its R&D center in Hyderabad, UTC Fire & Security is looking for 3-5 embedded firmware developers for fire panel development.

Job Responsiblities :

- Candidate should have good design and development of scalable and flexible web applications/services.

- Candidate should be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, multinational team environment focused on innovation.

- Candidate should be comfortable working on a range of problems.

Required Education/Experience : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge in Architecture design, design patterns and practices and keen to learn and apply newer technologies.

- Experience in defining solutions with good domain knowledge in Building Solution components.

- Discuss with product owners, understand customer requirements and write the technical requirements.

- Strong experience in design and implementation of Web-based, cloud-based, mobile-based solutions Strong in Core Java (OOPS, Collections, Exception handling, Multi-threading), J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, etc ).

- Experience in J2EE technology with practical exposure to the Spring (IOC/MVC)

- Must have worked on the SQL Databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and should have worked on writing queries and stored procedures.

- Experience in SSO, Spring security and Oauth2.

- Experience in UI design with Angular JS, JQuery, javascript, React JS Familiar with Build tools (Gradle/ Maven)

- Candidate must have experience in using Rest Web services and should have decent exposure to JSON/XML and Related JSON/XML technology Experience in UML, UML base tools, create class, sequence diagrams, etc.

- Ability to guide the team on technologies and work as individual contributors Troubleshoot issues raised from production and resolve customer problems.

- Experience in working in SAFe4 Agile teams Troubleshoot issues raised from production and resolve customer problems.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience in Microsoft .net technology Experience in cloud technologies (AWS/Google/Azure)

- Experience in working as Scrum Master in Agile/SCRUM development methodology.

- Experience in ESB/JMS. Interest and Motivation to do hands-on work is Must for the role.

- Experience in Building Management systems would be a definite Plus.

Salary And Joining : 

- The position will pay quite well - Rs. 22-25 lakhs per annum and the final amount maybe even higher depending on your experience and expertise.

- If made an offer, you will need to join in 3 weeks.

Note : This will start off as a probationary position for upto 6 months, and will convert to a permanent position after that subject to your performance and other criteria.
