Job Requirements :
- 20+ years of Enterprise Architecture Experience, Leading Technology strategy, helping to scale product development as well as driving continued innovation to the company's product offerings
- Experience working in a global product company or a technology start-up.
- Domain Knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in working with different teams across the organization and across geographies and time zones.
- Ability to be a translator; to listen and understand business strategy, know what must be done from a technology perspective and be able to communicate it to the Engineering Team
- Passionate about learning new technologies and new ways of working and solving problems and delivering great experiences for external customers and internal colleagues.
- Constantly striving for excellence and empowering engineering teams to build products that emphasize quality, reliability, stability and scalability without compromising on functionality
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, risk management and decision-making skills.
- Experience with and proponent of agile software development workflow.
- Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, REST, MicroServices, JSON, Spring MVC, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Databases (Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB etc), ORM, php, python, JavaScript, HTML 5 and CSS.
- Experienced with Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, Rackspace) and have DevOps experience with Jenkins, JIRA and build tools.
- Extensive experience in Linux, GIT, Web analytical tools like Tealeaf, firebug, JVM profiling tools and Distributed Caching.
- Experience with network infrastructure, firewalls, Web Servers and App Servers
- Could lead to being Chief Architect or CTO.
- Need to be an all-rounder and sole IC to manage the E2E product development.
- B.E/BTech/Post Grads from premium institutes.
