Ratna Global Tech - Java Developer - J2EE/Spring/Hibernate (5-10 yrs) (Ratna Global Tech)

Candidate should have :
 
- Hands on experience with core and advanced java staples such as Servlets, JSPs, J2EE environment.

- Good exposure on JPA/Hibernate,

- Good exposure on spring framework/ Struts/JSP services.

- Experience in developing and consuming web services.

- Exposure to Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications with the use of MVC architecture.

- Confidence in basic web design technologies like CSS, HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON, UI rendering, etc.

- Have SQL skills and be adept in learning new technologies.

- Ability to analyze complex code structures, data structures, algorithms/logic

- Skill to design, develop, implement and maintain series of programs, subsystem, revision and enhancement of current system.

- Ability to take technology decisions.

- Ability to self-start and able to work well with others.
